I have been a customer of Blue Dot and its predecessor companies for over 20 years. When my old airconditioner systems were showing their age, Blue Dot installed new ones. Matt, Shane, Jeff, Ron, Robbie, and Don all were professional, prompt, courteous and tidy.

We just had our heating system serviced by Kevin L. He was very friendly yet very professional. I received a call 15 minutes prior to his arrival. When here, he got right to work and was done in 30 minutes. He suggested he perfrom the semi-annual maintenance while here to avoid another trip in 2 months.

Rick and Jeremy installed a new furnace and air conditioner for us today. Excellent service. Very responsive. Finished ahead of schedule. Great experience having them do the install today. Much appreciated.

Elaine & Richard Link We would like to compliment both "Sam" and "Ben" for their prompt, courteous, and efficient service 12/07 and 12/08/2012. Sam found the issue (relay) but was able to warm the house to carry us through the night, and Ben came on Sat with the new part when he said he would. Very professional. Thanks, again. Mr. & Mrs. L
