Just a message of appreciation for the great service on the installation and follow-up service by Blue Dot personnel required regarding the heat pump recently installed in our house.
We received outstanding workmanship from both of the installers, and from one of your service technicians. The service tech found the heat pump had a defective compressor, confirming what you had originally thought when you stopped in to look at the unit as a result of our telephone call regarding an abnormal noise coming from the unit. The unit was then replaced.
Following installation of the second unit by your installers, the service technician than came and made the necessary changes/adjustments required for the unit to operate correctly.
Everything was done in a very professional manner.
